Aya holds an MSc in Psychology and is currently pursuing her doctorate at Cairo University. She is a CBT and Schema specialist with over a decade of clinical experience.

Aya works with adults experiencing   anxiety, depression, personality disorders, ADHD, ASD, PTSD, Complex PTSD, OCD, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral difficulties. She also supports individuals through life transitions such as divorce, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.
