Salma is a senior psychotherapist with 12 years of experience serving clients with their relationship issues and mental health in both Egypt and Canada. Salma earned her B.A in Psychology from the American university in Cairo. She obtained her Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Counselling/therapy from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, U.S.A. She completed her clinical training at the Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS) in Ontario Canada. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in the province of Ontario; Registration number: 11235 . As well as an associate member of The Canadian Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor C.C.C. Currently she is completing her Doctorate in Psychology at Calsouthern University. Salma currently works in private practice serving couples, families and individuals on their mental health and relationship problems. Salma employs a range of therapeutic modalities including Gottman method couples therapy. Salma is trained in level 3 Gottman method by the Gottman Institute.
