The Canadian Psychotherapy Services (CPS) offers a range of psychotherapy services to clients which include Individual Psychotherapy, Marriage and Family Therapy and Couples therapy.
CPS is also dedicated to providing clinical supervision, training and education to mental health professionals in the MENA region.
Salma is a senior psychotherapist with 7 years of experience serving clients with their relationship issues and mental health in both Egypt and Canada. Salma earned her B.A in Psychology from the American university in Cairo. She attained her Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Counselling/therapy from Capella University, Minneapolis, MN, U.S.A. She completed her clinical training at the Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS) in Ontario Canada. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in the province of Ontario. As well as an associate member of The Canadian Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor C.C.C. Currently she is completing her Doctorate in Psychology at Calsouthern University. Salma currently works in private practice serving couples, families and individuals on their mental health and relationship problems. Salma employs a range of therapeutic modalities including Gottman method couples therapy. Salma is trained in level 3 Gottman method by the Gottman Institute.

Suzanne El-Nabli serves as our Chief Operating Officer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in mental health and well-being. With an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Psychology of Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh, Suzanne has a solid academic foundation that informs her practice.
As a trained Support Worker registered with the Scottish Social Services Council, she has received extensive training through the NHS, specializing in one-on-one support. Suzanne is skilled in Motivational Interviewing, a technique that empowers individuals to navigate and resolve their ambivalence towards behavioral change.
Her international training and practice have equipped her with a nuanced understanding of cultural differences, allowing her to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Suzanne offers therapy both online and in person, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all clients.
Her broad scope of practice includes support for individuals facing challenges such as eating disorders, body image issues, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and couple’s therapy. Driven by a profound commitment to enhancing individuals' relationships with themselves, Suzanne emphasizes the importance of fostering a healthy relationship with food and promoting body acceptance.
Utilizing a person-centered, humanistic, integrated, and diverse approach, Suzanne tailors her methods to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
